|Marc is a lecturer at the University of Lausanne and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and senior advisor to the Evian Group, a think tank based at IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).
From 2007 to 2011 he was a senior research associate at the EPFL working on the coherence between institutional and technological governance in infrastructures. In a previous life, he worked as a research analyst at SwissRe and McKinsey’s Business Technology Office.

|Marc obtained his PhD on China’s telecommunication reforms from the London School of Economics’ Information Systems Department. He holds a Master Degree in International Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from H.E.C., University of Lausanne. He studied Chinese Language and Economics for two years at Fudan University, Shanghai and one semester at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada.|
